Never received license key

I registered with order U11277959 on Saturday, 6/11/05, but still have not received my license key.

I have emailed support@mediamonkey.com twice, once on Saturday and again this morning, but have not heard a thing back.

Who do I contact to get my lifetime license key I purchased? The charge is showing up at my bank already as well.

David,

all orders are automatically processed and e-mails are sent. However, e-mails can be lost due to spam filters, etc.

I sent you the e-mail again from my address. In case it doesn't come again let me know or possibly give me another e-mail address than you entered in the order.

I'm not sure what's wrong, but the e-mail I sent you returned with:

Name service error for dkpepprd.com: Host not found

Man, do I feel like a fool. I typoed my own email address

the domain is dkpeppard.com, not dkpepprd.com...so my registered email address was:

mediamonkey "at" dkpeppard.com

I modified your e-mail address in the database and you should receive a new notification e-mail with license details.
