Another auto rename problem

Post by Remco Raaphorst »

Hi,

I am currently renaming >10000 .mp3's after updating the tags with Songs-DB.
Downloaded an installed build 540 today, so I'm up to date.
I go to the 'Accessible Tracks' view, hit <ctrl a>, then hit <ctrl r>. Great, now I have time for a few cups of coffee :D

:-? Problem is the annoying pop up that keeps coming back: 'some components of <filename> exceed 64 character limits for CD's. Do you want to correct it?'.
Would be nice if there is, in addition to [Yes] [No], a [No to all] button.
Also maybe an extra checkbox in options --> confirmations would do the trick.

I want to compliment the development team for the big improvement of the program and the good response in this forum :P
Although it is not perfect yet, it's rapidly getting closer to what I want.
greetz,
Remco

Hi all,

I second that wish! It would help a lot for mass updates if there were a "{yes,no} to all" button.

Cheers, Susanne

Sometimes it's easy to overlook the obvious. Thanks for pointing this out. It should be fixable before the release (fingers crossed).
