MM access violation on exit

Post by just365 »

I always get the following message when exiting MM: "access violation at address 04A87C1C. Read of address 04A87C1C". I am a new user and this message comes up since first time I exited MM.

I am using all default / original configurations and didn't add any plug-ins.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but still receive same message.

WinXP SP2, P3, 1 GB RAM, , 2 DVD recorders, 2 HD (C:/, D:/), MediaMonkey 3.0.7.1191.

Any idea what is causing this and how can I correct it? Tks.

My MM crashes on exit as well. I'll try installing QuickTime as well and see if that helps. :)

I have the same problem. When I quit MM, I got this error:
Access violation at address 0040B82A in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'. Read of address 0BB49E2C.

I uninstalled, and reinstalled, and installed Quicktime, but I still get the error when I quit.

Send a debug log (step 4b) to support for this: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69
