Can't edit library for non accessible media

I've loaded the latest Alpha version and purchased the lifetime licence, but now when I make changes to track info (artist / album / title etc) on non-accessible media (ie CD's) the changes revert back to the previous values the moment the screen refeshes. Obviously the tags won't change but the library should keep the changes.

The above is the case on two machines running Win 98SE
