No Album Art on iPod nano

I cannot synch album art. I can see the Album Art in the mm library nod. I cannot see it in the iPod node or in the iPod itself.

I use the Send To option to manually synch tracks.

I do not have iTune installed on my PC.

I have tried all the tricks in the forum like changing the Album Art property or using a different d_iPod.dll. Using a different dll gets me an Exception Error in XP Pro.

I have MM 2.5.4.978 full version.

I have an iPod nano 4GB. It was purchased a few weeks back so I guess this makes it a new generation nano.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
