synchronize up to X Gigabytes?

Post by Guest »

I know its possible to synchronize files until the device is full. However, i have a 4gb card and i like to keep about 1gb free for work related stuff. Is there a way to sync 2gb worth of music? If not is there a script to generate this?

Thanks

I Think the way I would do this is to create a new "AutoPlaylist"
in MediaMonkey go to...

Edit\New AutoPLaylist

This brings up an options area where you can select the type of AutoPlaylist e.g. Sort By: random albums or songs, Artists etc

In the advanced area you can stipulate further criteria e.g. Show at Most: e.g. 3072Mb would be max. approx. 3Gb

You can then set your sync to only sync this selected playlist.

Hope this helps
