My itunes files seem to be in MP4 format, Finis asks for MP3. Any way to download itunes files into the finis media manager so i can play the music?

Once you can read/play mp4 files in MediaMonkey, you will be able to convert them to mp3, too.
BTW: MediaMonkey 3.0 will natively support aac (usually as mp4 or m4a) audio.
