hi need help

im ok on the computer but this seems tricky,basically i have 50 gig of music and vids on my ipod video which i picked up travelling australia.
my sister also has one with little music on it and she wants some of my stuff.
so i want to get the music from my ipod to my itunes that i have on my pc.
i have downloaded mediamonkey and tryed it but i could only get one song into the media library.
can this program do what i want,any tips help?
