How do I join 2 tracks to play back to back?

How do I join two tracks together, Like Rush's 2112 Overture/The Temples of Syrinx or Journey's Anytime/City of the Angels or Bob Seger's Travelin' Man/Beautiful Loser or The King's The Beat Goes On/Switchin' to Glide?

Even if I can put them together and call it both songs with the slash between them like above would work, but I'd like to know how to merge them together into one track.

I use the free software Audacity for these kind of tasks. I don't think that MMW can do this.
