How to exclude file types

Hi, I have a few dsf files that I want to exclude from sync, what's the best way to achieve this?
Currently they are converting to mp3, but I would rather they were totally excluded.

Sync itself can't exclude file types. However you can Sync AutoPlaylists or Collections both of which can exclude file types through Criteria.
