Android not looking for lyrics or album art

My android version of Media Monkey Pro is not searching for lyrics or art. The screen shows the rotating circle but nothing happens, no error message, no album art, nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and ensured I have the most recent version of the app and it will not search.

Any help?

Are you using MMA 1 or 2?

You can try out the MMA 2 beta as described here. It should fix the problem. Can you confirm?
