[REQ] something similar to "External Tools" Add-On from MM4

Hi together,

I'm still using MM4, because im missing something similar like the "External Tools" Add-on within MM5.
"External Tools" will be used to do a propper tagging with MP3Tag, which following my own rules including
the import of covers.

The migration of "External Tools" from MM4 to MM5 did not work (at least for me) ...
