Upgrade from MM4 to MM5 with a mm4 Gold licence

I am a MM4 -lifetime-Gold-licence-holder and I tried to purchase an upgrade to MM5, but there was no ticket with a discount available for me. How am I able to get it?

If you have a Lifetime License you don't need to purchase, just enter your existing Lifetime License in MediaMonkey 5 to unlock the Gold features.
