Same cover shown for each song/MP3 file in the same folder or genre

Hi,
I just finished my first sync of MMW and MMA. Now in MMA, I get to see the same cover for each song/MP3 file of the same folder or genre even though they have different covers saved in the files. And in the folder view, I don't see any cover images at all.
How can I change/fix that?
