Android app not syncing bookmark position between PC / Android

When I decide to play, say an audiobook via UPnP, wherever I leave off on my phone will not register on the Windows app. And if I continue playback on the Windows app, wherever I leave off will not register on the Android app.
Does anyone know how to sync this bookmark between the 2 so that I can play from either the server / Windows app or the mobile app and keep consistency?
