I understand the frustration, but the reason we tend to defer new features is because there are still many stability and performance issues that we must take care of first. We still get many bug reports and we need to make sure it's stable. We do still add new features to each release, but those are usually either small improvements or something that we determine is very important. I'm sorry that it's causing frustration, but I hope that this explanation helps shed some light on why it's taking a long time for some requests to be added.

Klar verstehen wir das und sind ja auch froh das Fehler behoben werden. Wenig Verständnis habe ich, wenn User etwas entwickeln und es auf dem Silbertablett zur Verfügung stellen. Es dann trotzdem nicht umgesetzt wird.

When has that happened?

If a user provides their own code on the forum, then we can't exactly include it in MediaMonkey unless a licensing agreement is made specifically with the individual. Since MM is a product that we sell, we need to make sure that we can legally distribute everything that is included inside.

If code is provided on the forum to accomplish specific tasks, I believe the understanding is that it can be turned into an addon and published to the addons site. For the reasons above, it would be bad faith if we simply took a user's code and included it in the product.

Ihr seid ZWEI Benutzer, die eine Funktion vermissen, und das kundgetan haben (Randnotiz: zwischen ein paar Screenshots mit Wünschen und "auf dem Silbertablett servieren" besteht denn auch noch der kleine Unterschied des Programmierens, Testens und Freigebens), und die nun schmollen, dass das nicht sofort oder eventuell auch gar nicht umgesetzt wird? Echt jetzt?

Wenn euch das so wichtig ist, sucht euch einen Programmierer, der das als Addon und exklusiv für euch umsetzt.

Aber die Entwickler anzugehen, nur weil EURE Wünsche nicht ganz oben auf der to-do stehen, ist einfach nur kindisch.

Uns wurde erklärt, warum das nicht umgesetzt wird, damit war ich zufrieden.
