Trouble with my new zen

I have a brand new zen vision plus. I ALSO have windows 2000, i was informed that mm was the program to get to help me out with this. Well, it's still not working, i don't know to much about computers so my trouble shooting skills are sub-par please walk me through how i download music onto this.
