Good Day
It has been a long time since I played my MediaMonkey files, and now there is no sound from the speakers (headphones). I have run the PC Settings - System - Sounds. The sound is crystal clear when I test the speakers, but I still have no joy with MM. When I play a music file with YouTube the sound is normal. I have cleared the MM Database and Re-added all 24,000 records, but I still get no sound from my headphones. I assume it is a small problem. Can somebody please help me out?
My MM Version 4 with a Gold Key does not play. I downloaded MM Version 5 and that does not play either.
Thank-you

Are you saying YouTube within MediaMonkey does work?

Re: No Sound from MM file, although same file plays on YouTube
When I tried to listen to MediaMonkey as usual, there was no sound through my headphones (playing through the sound card's speaker ports). To see whether the sound card is OK, I picked a YouTube file from Gmail and that played OK. Then I copied a music file from MediaMonkey's listing into Gmail, ending with YouTube, and it played OK. So the sound settings in my PC are OK, and the sound card is also OK. The problem seems to be within MediaMonkey.
Thanks for your help
