metal equalizer

what are the best options for the equalizer if im listening to metal?

There is a ROCK preset that would probably suit.

There are arguments for and against music filters, but one I like is DFX (available by googling - use the DFX for Winamp plugin)

With this one you can use presets or, set your own.

I guess for metal you pretty much want full on everything

Yes, all (most) Winamp 2.x (not 5.x) plugins wrk with MediaMonkey.

I don't like equalizer btw. I like it natural.
