Ratings don't seem to Sync

How can I sync the ratings of a song into my phone please?

So I'm taking for example a song in my Library.
In Itunes > Song Info > I can see 4 stars rating.
In Windows Explorer, for the same file I can see 4 stars rating.
In MediaMonkey, for the same file I can see 4 stars rating.

Once I sync to my Samsung S23
If I check in the Music folder for that same song, I cannot see any ratings.

How can I sync the ratings of a song into my phone please?

Are you using MediaMonkey on the phone? If so, it's not seeing Synced Ratings?

If not, you're relying on either the app or Android Media Scanner for reading the tags. The Ratings may (should) be there, but whatever you're using is unable to read them.
