Hi

On my windows 11
MediaMonkey 5.0.42692 and also by extra->options->media share -> the service is installed.
And also with media meonkey 4.1.3.1919
And by media share ->options i have the selected the deon and tabled ip so they can see the server on the pc
When the programm is running on pc and so is visual on my screen than:
Both my denon dra-800h and my heos app on the tabled can browse true the libary on the window 11 pc

The problem is when i close mediamonkey. Both de denon and the heos app see the mediaMonkey Libary on windows 11
The i can browser to all maps-> music-> by location the shared directory is noth visible.
The firewall form windows ore panda antivirus are not active

Is the Service installed as the same Windows User as you run MediaMonkey with? Settings are per Windows User and shared between the Service and MediaMonkey itself.

What part did you not understand? When you setup the MediaMonkey Service you need to set it up with the same Windows User account as you're running MediaMonkey with (generally the one you're logged in to).

when i boot my pc on sunday morning the mediamonkey 5 libary service is working now
