As you're on a beta you may want to update to the latest beta.

If the problem persists capture it in a debug log (step 4b) and attach it to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

Hi - upgraded to 2615. I get the following on screen now:

and you can download the debug log here

As the error mentioned a skin, I tried changing the skin but to no avail.

Best of luck

Hi, you seem to be accessing MM5 via web browser like
127.0.0.1:<MM5 server port>
which I don't think that has been ever officially supported.

Nevertheless I can replicate the issue, tracking it as https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=18989

Hi Ludek - yes that's exactly what I'm doing. Many thanks for opening the issue report (MM Server crashing with a big white screen is never a good look).

Old thread, new question.

Have MM5 (Win11) new ver. Want to play from and control music via iPad Bluetooth.

Has this been enabled yet?

Maybe Android instead?

Thanks

There is no MM remote/control app on iOS devices that we know of.

As for Android I guess you search something like this https://mmremote.net/ whose developer earned my recommendation for donation in every aspect and persistence and patience when reworking support for MM5.

It's not by any means a perfect solution, but you can always Remote Desktop into your Windows 11 PC using an RDP client from an iPad or Android device.

Huh RDP to 4K Display and show things on 7" Phone is something I would not find enjoyable behavior.

Completely agree that it's a horrible solution - but it would work.

If you really need full control I would recommend third party solutions, rather than RDP.

Hi,
In addition to above, there is also number of cheap remote controllers, some even with Voice control and full keyboard and AIR MOUSE (I tested bunch of them and most of them work without many setup issues)

I have downloaded this APP to my Pixel 6 and the Win11 software. I could not get it to work. I have emailed developer for help.

OK, all fixed now. Great support from developer. Instructions need a little help.

Great APP!!!! I can fully see and control MM5 off my computer: playlists, tracks, volume, etc. I can also now use Bluetooth speaker and control remotely.

There's no reason to find anything else for remote control.

Thanks for help and link.
Cheers
