Media Monkey quit working right after Hiby R6 update

Two days ago my HiBy R6 (Snapdragon 660, firmware 1.70_20231018-1830) requested me to run an update and I did. Right after my MediaMonkey vs 2.0.0.1152 would not play. It would very quickly jump from song to song in the playing que and you can't stop it. I uninstalled the software (twice). Erased my music files and did a new synch with my desktop (MMW vs 5.0.4.2693). To no avail.
The most recent log ID is ANPY271F9W and was sent.
Any suggestions?

It's not just me...... I opened a ticket with my R5... See the post below... It is being looked at and hopefully will be taken care of in a future update.....

I can't see your post. Is your software behaving like mine? My wife has an R5 and I will not update it. Please let me know if you get a fix.

My advice is don't update..... My mediamonkey still won't play back, but I can use it for importing songs. I'm using the Hiby player and checking for updates......
