When I add songs to my Super Heavy Rotation playlists, it's adding dupes. How do I get it back to checking for dupes?

Or did I hit the "don't ask me next time" checkbox after about 15 years and I can't figure out how to get it back to normal

Tools -> Options -> Library -> Tags & Playlists
