Sync: Device not seen

I have just purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra and am trying to sync to my desktop version of MM
I cant get to see the device to enable it for syncing
I have read the forums and downloaded the approriate patches that are suggested.
But still the device is not recognised in MM
Its visible in windows explorer though
All drivers have been updated in device manager
Any ideas

Hi,
When you connect Device, make sure that it is in File Transfer mode. Also, based on feedback some users reported that removing Device from Device manager while connecting and restarting of windows installs correct Samsung driver.
