See which track is currently playing on lock screen

Hello. I was wondering if there is a way that I can see which track is currently playing on lock screen mini player.

Actually, before update it was shown the media monkey mini player

How can I revert back to the media monkey mini player?

What do you have set as Player notification type in the MMA settings?

I can't find any "player notification type" option in settings..

It's in the UI section of settings. Are you on MMA 2?

So in MMA 2 the default Android notification player is always used (except on older versions of Android in which it's missing functionality).

But the default Android notification play should display the currently playing MMA track. Is that not the case for you with build 1079 (currently available as beta and slowly rolling out to Production)?

Nothing new after build 1079. Is there a way to downgrade to previous version?

MMA 2.x uses the Android notification player for most recent versions of Android (we stopped supporting the custom MMA notification because on e.g. Android 13, the system player is superior and it generally doesn't make sense to spend our time duplicating OS functionality.

That said, we're finding out that in some cases, the MMA notification player is preferable, so we're re-evaluating the best course of action.

As far as reverting to MMA 1.4, it's still available via the Amazon app store (we post it there). Any versions that appear on other app stores are unofficial (they've been uploaded by third parties).

Thank you! I reverted back to MMA 1.4 and now everything is working smoothly!
