Track doesn't play on Android but does in Windows

I found out today that a classic track in mp3 format can be played in MMW 5, but not in MMA 2.0. Both in the smartphone and in the tablet - both Android, different manufacturers - the tracks are displayed with playing time.
Also in the music directory it is included with the same size as in Windows. Nevertheless, it can not be played there.
There has been - at least from the settings - no formatting. There are no checkmarks in the sync settings. On both sides it is mp3. also the internal player of the Android device can not play it.
I assume that it is a sync error. is this known?

BTW: I tried to re-sync the file by deleting it on Android. However, MMW "decided" there is nothing to sync.

It may be some form of corruption within the file that Android can't handle. Can you please attach the file from one of the Android devices to a Support Ticket?
