"Always respond to remote buttons" causes random playback startup

I enabled this feature to try to solve a problem of another media player being a bully and hijacking my Bluetooth controls despite not being the last player played. However, with this enabled MMA2 is now randomly starting playback, at least when a BT speaker is connected. Have not tried with the speaker off.
