Auto-organise doesn't move all files

Auto-organise doesn't move all files
My standard practice for a new album is to download/rip it to a working folder, scan it into MM, edit the tags, and then move it to a permanent folder using auto-organise. My memory is that in MM4 and in early versions of MM5 auto-organise moved both the music files and any supporting document files (jpgs and pdfs), asking whether the latter should be moved. Now MM5 (5.0.2 2531) does not move these supporting files. Is this a fundamental change in MM5 or have I missed some (unobvious) setting?
Re: Auto-organise doesn't move all files
Have you tried with the option "delete emptied folders" enabled?in MM4 and in early versions of MM5 auto-organise moved both the music files and any supporting document files (jpgs and pdfs), asking whether the latter should be moved.
Seems to work fine here with or without this option enabled (MM2531)
and I notice no difference to MM4.
MM5 (2606)and MM4 (1919) installed and running well on:
Debian 11 KDE, EndeavourOS KDE (wine 7.4 via playonlinux), Win10 64bit

Are you manually using Tools > Auto-Organize Files and are all music files being moved out of the folder?

Yes - Delete empty folders is checked (but because it doesn't move the jpgs and pdfs the folder isn't empty so it doesn't delete it)
Yes - I use it manually once I have finished editing the metadata
Yes - all music files are moved (in the past it moved all music files and then asked if the user wanted other files moved - it doesn't ask now)

Re: Auto-organise doesn't move all files
I'm unable to reproduce. In a folder with files from an Album I added a JPG and PDF file. Then had Auto-Organize Files move all the files in that folder to a new folder and MediaMonkey offered to moved the JPG and PDF file.
