Another Levelling Question, Sorry

Post by Mark S »

Apologies in advance, I know there are many questions out there on levelling but I could not find my answer.

In a post some month ago, I was helped with how to go about manually changing the volume of a track. So thank you.

What I want is for MMW to automatically level when I add tracks to the library. I am sure this used to happen as I would see MMW analyzing whenever I added files but it seems to have stopped. I know that it is not doing it automatically as, if I find a track that is too loud or soft when playing on MMA, I go back to MMW, select the file, then select Tools > Level Track Volume and the number changes. How can I have MMW automatically level (to 89db) when I add tracks. If I need to adjust manually, I can do this later in MMW.

If a file already has a Track Volume value you can't have MediaMonkey automatically analyze it, this can only be done for files without a Track Volume value.
