File type option?

Post by Andy Caldwell »

Hi I’ve been a MMW gold user for a couple of years ... I’ve just got Hiby R6 Pro so that I can sync directly with MMA and so far I’m pretty impressed!

I have question, I have searched the forum but not found an answer (so if it is obvious)- Is it possible to find what type of file I’m playing?

I have MP3, AAC and FLAC and would like to know which is which, when I press properties I don’t get any technical info except path, length and size (I get all the other info about genre etc).

Am I missing something- I would love this feature if it’s not already present

Thank you!

Hi,
If you want to separate File Types then I would suggest to edit Device Sync Profile an add "<Extension>\" to tell MMW/MMA to use that mask so then you can use Your folder browser in MMA to see which files are what type.
