MM 4.1.24.1883 sync problem

Hi, I am trying to sync playlists on MediaMonkey version 4.1.24.1883 from my Windows 10 PC to my iphone XR (ios 12.3.1) but when I try to do so through tools menu>sync device, it is not listed there as it usually is. It was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Thanks in advance for any help people can offer.

Is the device not showing under Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync or are you not able to see the Playlists?

Thanks for your answer. It’s not showing under Tools>Sync Device. That’s where I usually find it.
