There was a problem querying the database While renaming any playlist.

Whenever I try to edit name of any playlist receiving following error :

There was a problem querying the database:
Error executing SQL UPDATE Playlists SET PlaylistName='test' WHERE IDPlaylist =10713 " : table main.PIMWPlaylist has 4 columns but 2 values has supplies (1, 1)

Optimizing database is not resolving the issue.

Any idea someone?

Current MM V = 4.1.24.1843 Gold
However this issue was present in earlier versions too.

Can you please open support ticket, Compress your MM.DB and attach in ticket?
