Newbie needs help

I have just ditched Apple for a Samsung S5e and need some pointers. I have put my 'toons on Music Monkey (paid the extra in the app store for the add ons) both PC and Tablet but would like to know how to synchronise my PC version with the Tablet version so any further musical additions that I put in the PC will transfer to the Tablet automatically when I plug it in, just like ITunes did.
BTW I really am a luddite with computers so jargon is a no go for me
