Attempting to set up AutoPlaylist to auto-refresh

The "Last 50 Played" playlist works great if I sort it descending by "Last Played", however I still need to manually refresh the tab by clicking away/back or pressing F5 for the ongoing tracks to be updated at the top of the list.

Not a huge inconvenience, just wondering if there's any way to have an autoplaylist update in real-time. Thanks.

It is auto-refreshing in MM5 (that is currently in alpha state http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=30 ).
