can't remove track from playlist

I press delete, or select remove, and nothing. Songs won't disappear from the playlist situated in the upper right of the program. Opening and closing the program reflects no change either.

Which version of MediaMonkey? Are you sure you're trying to remove from either a Playlist or the Now Playing?
