What's excluded would still be in the library, it's just that you could toggle
that to be shown/counted or not shown/counted with the rest of the library.
Some people's folders are just "Music", but some of us have an array of
parent folders. I have a collection of arrays, some of which are outliers and not
part of the main collection.
The objective,
1. For stat purposes. Excluding outliers from the main collection would otherwise involve putting
the main array into its own single folder, thus causing an extra folder to have to be opened and further complicating/lengthening the path.
2. To serve as a way of cleaning up/shortening the tree for use under certain situations (ease of use, listening only, general presentation, etc.).
Rather than creating a whole new dialog for the exclusions, maybe a toggle for it could be part of the Add/Scan dialog.
