I am running MM v4.1.9.1764 on a brand new Win10 laptop. I ported my original Win7 install to a Win8 PC and a year later this Win10 laptop. I mention that because I had no issue with Win7, and never tried it on Win8.
My issue is simple: I can't get MM to recognize (connect to) my iPod4(touch)
I followed the steps on disassociating it from iTunes (unchecking all the sync related boxes), and it even shows up under Options > Portable Devices / sync > Available Devices. When I click "Configure" it tells me the device is not connected. Is this a common issue or am I possibly missing something?

Re: Ipod is not being recognized in MM (Win10)
I just installed iTunes v12.2.3 and my iPod is iOS6 (v6.1.6)
EDIT - I updated MM to v4.1.10.1778 (which wasn't available last week) and it appears to have solved the issue. I guess it was just bad timing on the install
