Something on your System as plugin uses Windows drivers and not MMW plugins.

Try to reinstall Sound Card Drivers from manufacturer.
Try to Install MMW as Portable and See.

I'm on Win 10 Pro x64 and MMW 4.1.10.1778 and it works for me

No way to get it working.
I deinstalled MM, then re-installed as portable.

Although I had saved the database and put it to the same folder, where MM expected it to have - the whole process of reading all the stuff took another 3-4 Hours or more.

I'll give up and will just use it as a player and look for something else.
