Embedded MiniLyrics - Need Script for auto previewing songs

Post by AussieWayne »

I have MiniLyrics successfully embedded in MM4.1.9 Gold on Windows 7 Pro. I have been trying to locate a script that will preview the first song in the library for say 5 seconds then move to the next song for 5 seconds and continue on through the entire library.
When I do this progression manually the .lrc lyrics are saved into C\lyrics folder under alphabetic sub folders so all is running as required. I just need to automate this process. Has anyone found a way to accomplish this somehow?
I know the argument about not needing the synced lyrics until I actually play the song which would then fetch the .lrc lyrics via the internet but I don't and wont always have access to the internet so I need to do this now whilst I do have access.
Any help or workaround suggestions welcomed.

Well thank you Mr Guest that is exactly what I have been looking for.
Its a bit buggy but it does the job if one perseveres and restarts and experiments a little.
Thank you for chiming in with your suggestion, very helpful.
I have this running with MiniLyrics embedded in MM4-1.9 and set to 8 seconds and it finds and saves the .lrc files if they are available.
Just what I needed
:D :D
