XP is more affected than other windows I tested.

Error happened duirng script initialization:
Could not start Windows scripting control (msscript.ocx). You can install it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/.

FTR, it just happened again here, V1306, Win XP. "regsvr32 msscript.ocx" fixed it.
