Where did the lockscreen go? It makes an appearance from time to time but is gone for the most part.

I was just going to post about this .. for me it actually started in 126 i think
I can't find a repeatable scenerio as most of the time the lockscreen doesn't show. But just when I thought it was an imaginary friend ... it pops back up
