Exclude video from auto-sync

I have a video that keeps wanting to sync when I auto-sync with my android phone. It is technically seen as a music video. Can anyone explain how to stop that and other videos from syncing.

Don't have it selected in the Auto-Sync list tab on the Device Profile. One of the selections made includes the video.
