I have a TON of artists with track numbers before their name

Is there any way to fix this, without going to each and every artist name in the tree, hitting F2 and correcting? This is what it looks like Music> Artist & Album Artist:

I'm talking like 2 or 3 hundred artists like this. MediaMonkies, HAAAAALPP!

If the folders or filenames of your audio files have the artist name, you could use auto-tag from filename to extract only the artist name and insert into the artist tag.

You could also use the RegExp addon to remove the numbers directly from the artist tags. There are several presets that could probably work:
Remove Track number from the begin of <Into Field>...
Remove all digits from the begin of <Into Field>...
Remove all digits followed with " - " or ". " from the begin of <Into Field>...
