Upgrade discount?

Hi, I've read on the FAQ that people with MM3 licences would be able to get a discounted version of MM4 and to wait on an email. Has anyone received this email? I'm a bit worried that the email address they sent it to is now a dud. Does anyone know which email address it is sent to and if it's possible to get it resent?

o First three letters of MediaMonkey 3 License key
