Last Resort !!! HD Tracks Download manager :(

I have tried everything (reinstalling Java, using IE, Fire fox and Chrome browsers). All I get on download is a brief flash of a dos screen and no downloads. HDtracks has not responded to e-mails etc. I am using PC with win7. Even tried the free music sampler and dos screen stayed on a little longer but no download? Any suggestions appreciated,

Q: Why isn't my Download Manager working?

A: If your Download Manager does not automatically launch and start downloading your order, please check your computer for the following:
- You have sufficient rights to write to the target directory
- You have enough free space on your hard drive
- You have not changed the name of the target directory (it is named My HDtracks Music by default).
- Your Internet connection is active and working
- HDtracks is up and running (click here to find out!)
- Your firewall is not blocking our servers (particularly if you are in an office environment).
- Your antivirus or Internet security program (such as Norton) is not blocking outgoing Internet connections.
- You have the latest version of Java installed.

I suppose with Win7 you have to run applications with administrator rights.
