Ok, I'll try to add an "Artist exists in Artist" node in the next version.

i don't know when I will get the time to do it though.

Thanks Bex, but don't worry about it too much. Shouldn't take me too long to go through and check myself. Although judging by the first time I tried your script it will no doubt find loads I missed

There's a node for 'album art embedded in tag' ..... how about one for just the opposite? As in, 'no album art embedded in tag' .... or am I missing it?

Stupid question, but... how do you tell Tagging Inconsistencies to rescan the library? I've used it to find tracks I need to edit, but then TI still shows them as needing attention. So I tell MM to rescan the entire library, but TI still shows the same problems.

What am I overlooking?

Script is updated
Ver 3.6 (2008-05-12) [MM3 only]
- Added new Main Node: Folders with...
- - Same AlbumName Different AlbumArtists
- - Multiple Albums
- - Tracks, Having SubFolders with Tracks
- Added two new Album Nodes:
- - 3-Digit Track#''s no Disc#
- - 3-Digit Track#''s and Disc#
- Added one new Track Node:
- - Leading and Trailing spaces in text field
- Reworked the Option Forms
- Fixed Bug in "THE Inconsistencies node" (configured THE words were ignored)
- Fixed Bug in some Persons node (same tracks could sometimes be added twice)
- Fixed Bug in "Title Misses Parenthesis" node so it finds all tracks with this problem
- Minor SQL and Text enhancements

The new Folder node is a nice addition which give you better control over your collection. Suggestions for more nodes here are welcome.
The text fields in "Leading and Trailing spaces in text fields" are:
- Title, Artist, Album, AlbumArtist, Composer, Genre, Track#, Disc#
Tip: Use Steegy's "Personal TagEnhancer Script" to correct them.
Also give me suggestions on better names for the new nodes!

In a future version would it be possible to add exceptions? I use the 990-999 range for tracks that I am still trying to find the "true" track numbers of.

I already have 16 filters and you want me to add more??

The next thing you know, I will have as many filters as I have playlists.

Off to clean my library, AGAIN. And I have to learn the Personal Tag Enhancer script to get rid of those empty spaces. What's the saying? Be careful what you ask for. No more improvements from you for at least a week!!
