Hi Guys,
I can't for the life of me get MM Beta 3 to play a preview. I can create them, but when I attempt to play them it plays the original full length file.
The only modification I've made over the default it to start 20 seconds after the start of the track.
I've tried playing from the Preview node and tried enqueing from the properties dialog.
System is a bog stock virgin install of Windows XP with WMP9

tested this in MM 2.3.1.831 (beta 3) and I cannot reproduce this. Here's what I did:
1) Set preview settings as you described
2) Select MP3 track and save as Preview
3) Go to the Preview node and play the track
-->works as expected.
Any additional info to repro the bug would be helpful.

Your steps do work, just checked, thought I was going mad.
What I have found though, and this must have been what I'd done is...If you drag the files from the "Preview Node" to "Now Playing", It'll play the whole track, however highlighting the required tracks and hitting the Play selected button does play the preview.
