Error in RVA2 frame of MM generated ID3v2 Tag

I found a problem with a RVA2 frame of a file that was generated and used with MediaMonkey:

This Frame is not defined in ID3v2 3.x (http://www.id3.org/id3v2.3.0.txt), but the MM generated Tag is of that Version.

In ID3v2 4.0 (http://www.id3.org/id3v2.4.0-frames.txt) it is defined in Section 4.11., but the content in the frame of my file seams not correct, since the mandantory

Identification          <text string> $00

is missing before the channels follow. At least the terminating $00 byte is needed...

Is it possibly actually a RVAD frame that would be defined for id3v2.3.0?

RVA2 frame will be written according to ID3v2.4 specification in the next MM release.
