Amazon Music App problem w/MM4

Recently, I removed the Amazon Music App from my Windows 10 PC. Something in the process toll Media Monkey that ALL MY MUSIC FILES NO LONGER EXISTED! I did not matter whether the files were sourced from Amazon or ripped for a CD, Media Monkey grayed the titles and does not play them. Re-scanning the files does not restore them. However, they play fine in Windows Media Player.

Please can anyone orfer a fix that does not involve removing and re-installing Media Monkey?
